If you have a patient that has been diagnosed with or you suspect has Primary Adrenal Insufficiency please contact us and we will send you a link to add patient details to our secure database. 

Once samples have been collected (DNA or blood) we will endeavour to obtain a genetic diagnosis for your patient. 

Important: We are a purely research based group and therefore all genetic diagnoses may have to be validated by a NHS or nationally accredited facility.

The forms below are data collection instruments from our database survey, feel free to look over them to gauge what information we are seeking. we have also included our consent forms for child and adult patients, family members and healthy volunteers.
