This International Arbitration Award Writing course provides the requisite knowledge of and practice in all the requirement of writing a final, reasoned and enforceable Award in an international commercial dispute. At the successful completion of this module (and the diploma), candidates will be eligible to progress onto the Peer Interview in order to become a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
This course may be taken by LLM, Diploma, Distance Learning students or practising lawyers.
