This Special Lecture will include a brief overview of Vienna as a venue for arbitration and VIAC. The speakers will consider the amendments of the Austrian Arbitration Law and look at differences to other institutional rules; will introduce the main changes in the Vienna Rules 2013 such as the expediting measures, the multi-party issues (appointment, joinder and consolidation) and the costs issues.
