The School of International Arbitration is hosting a seminar in hybrid format (in-person and online) on the theme of Developing a Case Strategy and Advocacy in International Arbitration: Cross-cultural Perspectives.
A drinks reception will follow for those attending in person. In person attendance is limited. The panelists will discuss the nuts and bolts of developing a case strategy and the skills required for effective written and oral advocacy. They will also address how culture affect case strategies and advocacy.
The seminar speakers are Franz Schwarz, (Vice-Chair of International Arbitration Group, WilmerHale) and Sarah Vasani, (Co-head of International Arbitration, CMS).
The seminar will be moderated by Professor Loukas Mistelis (Queen Mary University of London).
This event, which is open to practitioners, students and alumni, will follow a roundtable format. Attendees will be able to ask questions to the panelists. Attendance is free but registration is required.
