15 June 2012 Professor Takis Tridimas presented his paper 'The Area of Freedom, Security and Justice: Fundamental Rights versus Immigration and Asylum Policy' at the “Striking Balances: Perspectives on 60 years of case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union” conference.
