Dr Maxi Scherer, Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London, is to moderate at The International Arbitration and EU Law seminar on 22 May 2014. The event will be held in Lithuania and is hosted by the German Institute of Arbitrators (DIS40) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution Yound and International (ICDR Y&I).
The Keynote speech will be given by Professor George Bermann (Colombia Law School), followed by a panel discussion amongst practitioners from various jurisdictions. The event will be conducted in both Lithuanian and English (with simultaneous translation) and is free of charge. It will be followed by a reception sponsored by Motieka & Audzevičius law firm.
