New book published: Arbitration under the 2014 LCIA Rules - A User's guide

A new guide to the 2014 London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Rules has been published by Wolters Kluwer.

Written by Dr Maxi Scherer and Remy Gerbay (of Queen Mary University of London) and Lisa Richman (of US law firm McDermott Will & Emery), 'Arbitration under the 2014 LCIA Rules - A User's guide' offers a comprehensive explanation of the basic principles governing LCIA arbitration, while at the same time offering an indepth analysis of complex issues that may arise in the course of LCIA proceedings.
