Arbitration is the best way to resolve international construction disputes, global research among in-house counsel has found. However, recent research conducted by Queen Mary University of London in partnership with Pinsent Masons identified scope for improvements in efficiency at all stages of the arbitral process.
The findings are contained in a report, 'International Arbitration in Construction', published last week by Queen Mary University of London in partnership with Pinsent Masons.
