We are pleased to partner with the Corporate Counsel International Arbitration Group to conduct our 2019 Investor-State Dispute Settlement Survey: 'Investors' Views on the Current State of Affairs and Proposed Reforms of Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS)'. This is the tenth major empirical International Arbitration survey conducted by the School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary University of London.
The survey covers the current regime for resolving disputes between investors and states, and proposed areas of reform. We are interested in the views of in-house corporate counsel and management representatives.
The closing date for responses to this questionnaire has been extended until 31 December 2019. Results will be published in January 2020.
We are grateful for your participation and look forward to the survey’s outcomes. Since the results will benefit from a wide pool of respondents, please feel free to forward this questionnaire to any other potentially interested respondents.
In addition to the questionnaire phase of the survey, we will seek to conduct individual interviews with a selection of willing respondents. If you would prefer solely to provide an interview rather than complete the questionnaire first, please contact Caroline Le Moullec and Giammarco Rao.
Your participation in this questionnaire will be kept fully confidential. Your name and the name of your organisation will not appear on any materials connected with the survey. The information gathered by the questionnaire will be stored securely by Queen Mary University of London and used only for the purposes of the current survey and any subsequent surveys.
