Alicia Green qualified as a doctor and completed her postgraduate training in Internal Medicine and Adult Gastroenterology in her birth place Venezuela before moving to the UK. She completed the MSc course in Gastroenterology at Queen Mary University of London in 2009 and obtained her Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (London) in 2011. Her clinical interests are in the field of neurogastroenterology. She works at The Royal London Hospital, Barts Health NHS Trust.
Teaching
For the MSc/PGDip in Gastroenterology, Alicia is a lecturer, module convenor and supervisor of the Clinical Case Report (dissertation module). For the MBBS, she is a facilitator of the problem-based learning (PBL) programme, examiner for the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) supervisor and examiner for the SSC1 and SSC2.

Research Interests:
Alicia Green's research interests are in the field of neurogastroenterology. She is a member of the Wingate Institute, working with Professor Qasim Aziz, Dr Asma Fikree and Professor Daniel Sifrim.
