Following the relocation of the data centre, all services which were previously available, including RedCap, are now available.
The Citrix Portal (to allow access to Data Safe Haven) is very close to being live; we will provide you with a further update as soon as we can.
BCI desktops connected to lab equipment remain unavailable whilst our network engineers work on final migration tasks, and we hope to provide an update on this early next week.
We understand that access to WebClinica, Java, TomCat and Oracle is only available via a managed Queen Mary device using VPN, and therefore external users continue to have issues accessing these services. We hope that external access will become available by the middle of March, and we will provide updates on this as soon as we can.
In addition to the above network updates, we are also delighted to announce that following the visit by the auditor last week, that the BCI network has achieved ISO27001 reaccreditation which is a fantastic achievement.
