A joint Christmas party for staff and PGR/PhD students at the Blizard and IHSE, including officially invited guests only.

All staff and PGR/PhD students based in the Blizard and IHSE are invited to attend our joint Christmas Party which will take place on Thursday 15 December, 6.00pm – 10.30pm (last drink at 10.00pm and last song at 10.15pm).
It will be held in The Griff Inn at the Barts and The London Students' Association building (main entrance on Stepney Way next to the Good Samaritan pub).
Your free ticket includes a DJ, food buffet and free drinks until until 8.00pm. Free drinks do not include shots, doubles or expensive drinks - only house drinks. You will be able to pay for your own drinks after 8.00pm.
You must book your ticket in order to attend this party and it cannot be transferred as your name will be checked on the door. Please bring your ticket with you on your phone or printed so we can scan the barcode on entry. You will need to bring your Queen Mary ID with you to access the venue.
The final deadline to register is midday on Wednesday 7 December.
Due to limited capacity of the venue, tickets are on a first come first served basis. If you choose to register then you must attend (unless reasonable apologies sent) or withdraw your registration in good time. If you register but do not attend then this will incur a £5 payment to your centre to cover expenses.
When ordering your ticket you will be asked to select whether you are part of the Blizard, IHSE or are an officially invited guest.
Please note, this event is for staff and PGR/PhD students of the Blizard Institute or IHSE, and officially invited guests only. There will be no space for external guests (partners, family etc) due to venue capacity limits. Please do not share this event or forward any related emails to anyone else.
