Contacts for IT, AV and general building maintenance issues

When reporting general maintenance or IT/AV issues, please use the appropriate channels.

Issues such as blocked toilets or broken door locks etc should be reported using the EAF Help Desk (eaf-helpdesk@qmul.ac.uk). Issues with PCs/laptops etc should be reported using the ITS Service Desk (servicedesk@qmul.ac.uk).

Both services can also be accessed online: https://helpdesk.qmul.ac.uk/. If you think you will require support with AV, please raise a ticket in advance of your event/meeting using the ITS Service Desk. If your AV/IT issue is urgent, please contact the AV/IT hotline: 020 7882 (extn.) 6550.
