Core network upgrade

We want to share a brief update on the status of services following the roll-back change announced in the cascading comms on Friday.
We have successfully reverted the new configuration to the known and tested setup to carry out the Clearing operations. Tests were carried out and all Queen Mary systems are fully available.
What will happen next?
The new upgrade date will be scheduled after the clearing, and the change will be communicated using cascading emails.
What do you need to do?
Kindly cascade the update across your relevant departments.
NB. We are aware that some printers may need to be rebooted manually, if you find that your printer isn’t working – please restart it. This will restore the print service.
