FMD Staff Awards 2022 - Call for nominations extended to Wed 14 September
Submission deadline for FMD Staff Awards 2022 has been extended until 5pm on Wednesday 14 September.
There's still plenty of time to recognise the work of others by putting their name forward for an award or to celebrate your achievements by submitting a self-nomination. Details on how to submit a nomination can be found below.
Tickets for the event are now live and we hope to see you at the event on Thursday 29 September.

Location: The Octagon, Queens' Building, Mile End Campus
Registration: Eventbrite
Join us for a celebration of our brilliant staff in the Octagon with food, drink and entertainment. Places are limited so please register as soon as possible.
In order to make the event more inclusive we have allocated a fund to cover childcare or carer costs. This can be applied for as part of the booking process.
How to submit a nomination
The following two documents are needed to submit a nomination:
- Nomination form – used to submit the nominee details and evidence for consideration
- Awards summary – awards outline with their respective judging criteria
In order to submit the nomination please follow these steps:
- Complete the attached form for each nomination using the awards summary criteria as guidance
- Send the completed form to vp-health@qmul.ac.uk
We want to strongly encourage everyone to submit nominations in multiple categories. Both self-nominations and nominations of others are welcome.
Deadline for nomination submissions is 5pm on Wednesday 14 September 2022.
