This is a call to announce that applications are now open for the next Kennedy Trust Senior Research Fellowship.
It is a five year fellowship of up to £2M and will be awarded in any scientific discipline relevant to the field of rheumatology or related musculoskeletal disease.
Candidates will be researchers with a proven track record of excellence in their field, who are at the stage of developing their own independent area of research; they should not currently hold a permanent academic position.
Applications are invited from any eligible UK university supporting scientific or medical research. An internal competitive review should be undertaken before a single candidate is selected for consideration. Applications from individuals will not be accepted. They will assess applicants on scientific merit of the project and the quality of support and research environment provided by the host institution.
