Following the introduction of the University’s Hybrid Working Policy in 2022, we are now undertaking a review of hybrid working practices.
This review will enable us to ensure that the policy continues to enable our strategy, align with our values and meet staff expectations in recognition of the comments outlined in the last staff survey.
I am inviting those interested to engage in being part of a focus group to review our hybrid working practices. There will be a separate focus group for Managers and Staff. The sessions will be hybrid but as many that can physically attend the better.
Focus Group for Managers: Friday 21 April at 10am and 2pm
Focus Group for Staff: Monday 24 April at 10am and 2pm

It will be great for you to be involved and use the focus group sessions as an opportunity to share your experiences and input into the review.
