IMPORTANT: -80 Freezer monitoring and responders (Christmas 2022)

Please find attached a copy of our -80/-20 freezer breakdown procedure for your reference over the Christmas closure period for the Connected Automated Monitoring (CAM_Checkit – formerly Tutela) website.

Keep these documents in a safe place (Important Note: these download links will expire in 21 days so please download locally to your devices now) so that you may refer to them if you receive a call-out in relation to your freezers - Checkit Support number is 01252 406 361

You can monitor your freezer at any time by logging onto Connected Automated Monitoring CAM+ using the link and login below.

Connected Automated Monitoring (checkit.net)

Username: Blizard

Password:  blizard123

  • The current list of responders on the monitoring system together with the freezer system numbers are within the enclosed Excel file (see above)
  • Kindly check that all responders on your list are still currently working at the Blizard and that they have out of hours access
  • If you wish to make any changes then please email me by end of day on Friday 16th December - I will then authorise these changes in time for the Christmas break.
