While these services are live, we understand external users are unable to access WebClinica, Oracle, TomCat and Open Clinica. This issue is being investigated and we will share an update on timeframes for external access as soon as we can.
RedCap is not yet available; we are working on restoring access and will be in touch with updates when we can. BCI desktops connected to lab equipment also remain unavailable until our network engineers are able to finalise outstanding migration tasks.
The Citrix Portal (to allow access to Data Safe Haven) is very close to being live; we will provide you with a further update by the end of this week.
