TravelCert has Changed
The TravelCert website, which allows users to log their upcoming travel and download insurance Cover Notes, has been updated. The new system launched on 02 October, and I need to tell you what is changing and the actions required to ensure you can continue to use the system. Please note the Travel Insurance policy remains the same.
The new TravelCert website includes enhanced data security features which will ensure that we continue to keep your personal information safe.
The introduction of enhanced security functionality means that all users will now have to register and create their own user account. To do this you will need to use your Queen Mary University of London email address. The updated system uses our secure domain to validate genuine users using Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) through the use of a One Time Password (OTP) which is sent to your email account. The existing QMUL TravelCert log in details will not allow you access to the system once the changeover has taken place.
To access TravelCert please go to https://travelcert.ajg.com/
The site has automatically changed over to the new version.
