ITS Service Desk update

With the start of term, the ITS Service Desk are experiencing a high volume of queries and appreciate your patience as they work to respond to all queries as quickly as possible.

If you have an urgent issue, please contact the Service Desk via Live Chat or calling the Service Desk on 0207 882 8888. You can access Live Chat by clicking on the ‘Live Chat’ button here: https://www.its.qmul.ac.uk/

For other requests, please do raise these via the Self-Service Portal (https://servicedesk.qmul.ac.uk/QMULServiceDesk.BridgeIT#/logon) as these will be triaged quicker than emailing the Service Desk.

Please note, if your request relates to a Hardware request, requests for quotes, purchasing and/or leasing must be submitted via the Request Catalogue. Please use the Self-Service Portal (https://helpdesk.qmul.ac.uk/QMULServiceDesk.BridgeIT#servicecatalogue) by choosing the category “Laptops, Desktops & Accessories”. Hardware quotes, purchasing and/or leasing requests will only be actioned when submitted via the Request Catalogue.
