London Immunology Group: Tissue Immunology 2023, Friday 7 July

The London Immunology Group, a regional group of the British Society for Immunology, are holding a one-day conference on Friday 7 July at Holiday Inn, Bloomsbury which will bring together speakers with expertise in the different tissues and disciplines to advance this field.

We will bring speakers that cover a wide range of different organs as the immune system is uniquely specialised to maintain homeostasis and orchestrate responses to infectious and inflammatory challenges that differs between tissues. 

Our current list of confirmed speakers are: 

  • Professor Jessica Strid (Imperial College London, UK)   
  • Professor Adrian Liston (Babraham Institute, Cambridge, UK) 
  • Professor Leonie Taams (King's College London, UK)    
  • Professor Mala Maini (University College London, UK)  
  • Dr Naomi McGovern (University of Cambridge, UK)   
  • Professor Donna Farber (Columbia University, USA)    

Delegates are invited to submit abstracts for posters and invited talks, making this meeting an excellent platform for early career researchers. If you'd like to submit an abstract and/or register, the abstract deadline is Friday 12 May, which you can find further information in the link below.
