NWOW: Requests in response to feedback from colleagues

Thank you for your cooperation so far with New Ways of Working. We are open to feedback and are asking staff to be mindful of the following in response to some feedback we have already received:

• The four bookable offices, each containing two desks with one being height adjustable, are for use by anyone who would like to use them. As such, please do not block book these offices such that they are permanently occupied by the same people. 
• The meeting rooms are intended for group meetings and should not be booked out to use as personal offices. Please only book these rooms for the time of your meeting. 
• Please hold meetings and group discussions in the bookable meeting rooms rather than open or shared office spaces. Likewise, if you are taking Teams calls at your open plan desk, please use headphones. This is to help keep disruption to a minimum. 
• Remember to remove any personal belongings from the bookable desks into your personal lockers at the end of the day so that desks are clear for others to use.
