TO ALL FMD ACADEMIC STAFF
The next PA OSCE date is Thursday 22 June 2023 to be held at the RBC (Robin Book Centre, Queen Mary University of London, Barts Hospital, West Smithfield, London, EC1A 7BE).
Please let me know if you can examine on this date and for which session(s).
Sessions are:
Morning: arrival time - 08:30am, finish time - 1:00pm
Afternoon: arrival time -1:30pm, finish time - 5:00pm
Upon arrival someone from Assessment Unit will register you, provide you with your circuit, station and room location. You can then familiarise yourself with your station and role player if there is one. There will be a 10 minute examiner briefing to listen to and some time to address any questions you may have before the first session commences. For those who have not attended OSCE examiner training in the last 3 years, please let me know.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
The covid policy is currently: LFTs results are not required and masks being worn is optional. It maybe that on the day of the exam we ask you to wear an in-house mask, but at the moment it doesn’t look like that is a requirement. Please only sign up if you are ok with being around those that may not wear a mask.
