Can all active users of the phlebotomy room please contact Lab management to request access to the room going forwards. Please be aware that we will need to be shown accredited Phlebotomy./Venipuncture certificates before access will be granted.
Users should also be aware that the Phlebotomy suite will not be available for use during the week of Mon 02- Fri 06 October.
