Pint of Science Festival 2023 Tickets now on sale!
We are very pleased to announce that the tickets for the Pint of Science 2023 are available!
Pint of Science is the largest science festival in the world, happening simultaneously in around 150 cities across 24 countries. At QMUL, the event is organised by volunteers – mainly PhD students and Post Docs. Our goal is to make science more accessible to the public, fighting misconceptions about science and scientists all in the comforts of local pubs. This year we have 24 scientists appearing in city watering holes, so head down to your local pub to hear talks on mental wellbeing, new technology to fight climate change, and how the trillions of bacteria in our gut are impacting brain function!
Pint of Science is less than a month away so if you would like to attend, please check out the links below and see a full list of events that are taking place at QMUL over Monday 22 May to Wednesday 24 May 2023.
Spread the word and come join us for one, two or three nights of science and fun!
Share with family, friends and your local communities to boost public engagement! This is a great opportunity to bring our research at Queen Mary directly to the public!
