Dear Tenants,
This is to let you know about the upcoming major maintenance shutdown.
On 15 and 16 July, (Saturday, Sunday) QMB will carry out a number of Maintenance tasks which will cause a disruption to some of the services.
Between 800 -1000 (Saturday) we will carry out a black building test which ensures safe operation and integration of the building life safety systems in event of power failure. This means there will be a disruption to non-essential power supplies for around 15 minutes within that time window. Essential power supply will be disrupted for 10 -20 seconds twice, about 15 minutes apart.
Between 800 -1600, (Saturday, Sunday) QMB will carry out essential maintenance works to general ventilation plant, fume extraction system, hot and cold water supplies, emergency lights etc.
QMB always endeavours to give as much notice as possible.
In order to minimise further disruptions and local power outages it would help greatly if you could prior to the shutdown turn off and unplug anything that does not require to be kept on, i.e. PCs, printers, phone chargers etc.
QMB will require access to all areas.
