It has come to our attention that some users have been using historic groups on Quartzy for ethanol orders.
Lab management are not administrators for these historic groups and hence do not receive notifications of orders through these groups.
These are the only 2 groups that orders should go through, please can users double check you are a part of these groups.
You can check this by clicking the drop down menu highlighted in the attached screenshot and seeing if the groups appear.
If you are not a member of these groups and wish to order ethanol, gloves and paper towels through Quartzy please contact Lab Mangement to get added to the correct groups.
