Reminder and cancellations: Blizard and IHSE Christmas Party 2022

This is an important reminder that the deadline to register for the Christmas Party is midday this Wednesday, 7 December. If you would like to attend, you must register and present your ticket along with staff ID on arrival at The Griff Inn – see email below for registrations.

Important notice regarding cancellations

If you are worried about the effect of train strikes next week and you are no longer able to, or want to, attend the Christmas Party (and you have already registered), you MUST cancel your ticket by the registration deadline (midday on Wednesday 7 December). Your Centre will be charged £5 if you do not cancel your ticket and do not attend on the night (unless there is a good reason last minute such as illness).

How to cancel your ticket:

  • Find your Eventbrite confirmation in your emails (the account with which you registered). The title of the email is 'Your Tickets for Blizard and IHSE Christmas Party 2022' sent from noreply@order.eventbrite.com
  • Under 'Order Summary', click 'View and manage your order online'
  • You can then click the option to cancel your ticket
  • Note: you can also log into your Eventbrite account directly to manage your ticket and cancel

Please email d.m.bell@qmul.ac.uk if you are unable to cancel your ticket in this way.
