A notice to all staff that confidential meetings should not be held in Spikey for the foreseeable future.
Due to ongoing acoustic problems, confidential discussions - particularly hybrid when some attendees are speaking on Teams - can be heard by colleagues outside of Spikey.
Until this is resolved please use alternative meetings rooms for anything sensitive or confidential.
