Last week, we published the University-wide results and key themes which have emerged from the Staff Survey 2023. We also made a commitment to publish results at School, Institute and Directorate level within the week and I can confirm that these local-level reports are now published on Connected.
Over the past week, Faculty, School/Institute and Directorate leadership teams have been looking at their results. Each area of the University will now start to cascade this information and begin discussing those results within their teams, with the aim of updating local action plans.
Please take advantage of the range of support available to help guide you as you review and reflect on results. We will work with local action planning groups to support this activity over the summer with actions plans being finalised before the start of the next academic year.
Our Staff Survey Steering Group will consider the current institutional level action plan to develop any further actions based on your feedback. I will provide a further update in July and subsequent updates following the completion of action planning across the University.
