The bioanalyzer located in Blizard lab which is used for quality check for NGS sequencing libraries is not working.
We are trying to gather interest in buying tapestation equipment (alternative to bioanalyzer) so that it can be prioritised as part of the Horizon scanning equipment committee.
Can you please let us know by email to p.m.madapura@qmul.ac.uk if your lab will benefit from having this equipment at the Blizard for all users.
