At the last Blizard Health and Safety Committee meeting in July a decision was made to have a master file of trained users and trainers of specialised equipment and facilities.
This file will be managed by the Laboratory management team.
Could you please share the most up to date training list you hold along with the designated trainer(s) of the equipment. Below is a list of equipment/facilities identified which is by no mean exhaustive if there is equipment that needs to be added please add it to the table.

Could I also request regular updates are sent to blizard-lab-man@qmul.ac.uk with new additions and deletions where trainers have left.
If there is no current system in place to record this information let me know and we can set this up.
