Next week, temporary lights will be installed on the scaffolding around the perimeter of the building to improve the lighting situation while we await the upgrade of the blind motors and fixings.
One 20m and four 44m festoon perimeter light strings will be installed to provide illumination along the length of the building where the light is currently obstructed by the blinds. This will ensure both the ground floor and first floor office areas are adequately illuminated.
We anticipate the contractors to begin the works early next week and this should take no longer than 12 hours to complete. We do not anticipate any disruption to the office areas during this time. We will keep you updated with exact timings and the progress of the works when this is confirmed.
