Update on NWOW: desk bookings, lockers and meeting rooms

Thank you very much for your support and patience this week during the move to the new villages.

Desk bookings

Desks are bookable via Space Connect.

Please bear the following in mind when making bookings:

  • Book within your village:  wherever possible please make every effort to book a desk in your specific village.
  • New initiatives areas: If your assigned village is fully booked, please book a desk in one of the new initiatives areas.
  • Exceeding capacity:  In the event that all desks within your village and all desks within the new initiatives areas are occupied, you can then book a desk in other villages where there is availability.
  • Advance Booking: Desk bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance. Please plan your schedule accordingly and book your desk ahead of time to secure your allocated area.
  • Cancellation and No-shows: If you no longer require the desk or have a change in plan, please cancel the booking promptly to allow others to use the space.
  • Clear desks: At the end of the day please leave the desk clear for whoever has the desk booked the following day.

Lockers

The new locks should be fitted on 7 and 8 February. Lockers can be used before then but must not be locked. Please speak to your centre manager if you have not been allocated a locker.

East meeting rooms

The eight meeting rooms along the east corridor are almost ready and the new furniture is in place. Instructions on how to book the rooms will be circulated shortly.
