Dear Claire, Nebiyu, Zarmina & Paul
Thank you for your time just now, apologies for the unannounced drop in. The purpose of my visit was to inform you of a Field Safety Notice for the Medfusion range of syringe pumps supplied by Smiths Medical. I have attached a copy of the Notice which I explained briefly.
Please have a read through and let me know if you have any questions. These pumps could well have been end of life or decommissioned.
As part of our response to the MHRA, I need the attached Response Form completed and returned which simply states that you acknowledge receipt of the notice. I would be very grateful if you could return to me today. Many Thanks
