You can use Queen Mary Careers and Enterprise if you are:
All University of London intercollegiate students (i.e. undergraduates and postgraduates from other University of London Colleges taking courses at Queen Mary) are entitled to use our events and services throughout the year. However our enterprise seed funding options and work experience programmes (Student Consultancy Project, Queen Mary Internships, QTaster and QTemps) are not currently offered, due to funder requirements. Careers services at your home institution may offer seed funding and work experience programmes.
Feeback, both positive and negative, underpins continuous, quality improvement of our service and is vital to us.
We encourage students to attempt to settle complaints informally in the first instance. Please speak to the member of staff that you have been dealing with in Careers and Enterprise as soon as possible to explain your concerns. You are welcome to email them via careers@qmul.ac.uk if you prefer.
If it has not been possible for you to resolve your complaint informally, and you wish to pursue your complaint, complete the stage 1 complaint form (see policy link below) and send to j.baines@qmul.ac.uk.
Timescales and further steps are detailed in the Queen Mary Students complaint policy: https://arcs.qmul.ac.uk/students/student-appeals/complaints/
