The CCLS China Chapter Committee organised a webinar for the CCLS Alumni community which focused on the topic: Practical Issues of Chinese Financial Law
Description: This webinar encouraged lawyers with diverse practical experience to engage in conversations and discussions regarding financial dispute cases, particularly in light of the latest amendments to Chinese Company Law. Speakers addressed disputes in both primary and secondary markets, sharing their insights, thoughts, and challenges encountered in practice. The webinar was conducted in Chinese.
