The TMT Law Institute at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies invited Rodney Ryder to share his expertise with the CCLS community.
Rodney is the Founding Partner of Scriboard, a full-service commercial law firm with cutting edge specialisation in technology, new media and intellectual property laws. He gave a presentation followed by a panel discussion and audience questions.

The talk identified the tricky question of comparison between human and data intelligence and how to deal with bias and unfairness, as well as whether outputs or inputs should be regulated, autonomy & data protection as well as design models for regulation such as product liability and standards.
