Prashanth works as a partner at a law firm in India, with a practice spread across different streams, focussing on Competition Law.
CCLS had and continues to have one of the best Competition Law programs headed by Prof Dabbah. I had a wonderful learning experience, which helps me to date in terms of the wealth of knowledge I gained.
I think it is difficult to pin-point a memory. But academically, I think the participation during class and of course, the training and coaching of a QMUL team that were runners up at the Herbert Smith Freehills Competition Law Moot held at King’s College London in 2016. This was definitely a highlight.
It is certainly a challenging task. When I talk about and promote Competition Law in India, I now also represent the QMUL community which has taught me the law. It is definitely a proud moment when I am recognised by leading world legal publishers for Competition Law, especially when pointed out that I’m a QMUL alumnus.
This is an intensely personal choice for each individual. However, for many of the students who have asked me about studying at QMUL, I have personally advised them about International Commercial Arbitration, Commercial and Corporate Laws and Competition Law.
I am a partner at a law firm in India, with a practice spread across different streams, focussing on Competition Law.
