Yu studied International Economic Law at CCLS and works as Assistant Director of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in Japan:
In addition to its high reputation, wide range of courses and modules, I was interested in studying at CCLS. As I had some occupational experience in international trade negotiations, I wanted to deepen my knowledge in the area. Among those universities which offer international economic law courses, I regarded CCLS fitted my interests best, which addressed various aspects including trade, investment, finance, and development.
I enjoyed the Geneva trip with my course mates. We visited several international organisations such as WTO, UNCTAD and WIPO, and discussed current issues with experts.
There are tremendous opportunities I can gain from prominent professors and alumni from various backgrounds.
