Muhammad studied Tax Law LLM and graduated in 2017, now he is working as a tax officer holding position of Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue at the Federal Board of Revenue in Pakistan. Read about his exepriences at CCLS:
I chose CCLS keeping in view its practical aspect of teaching of tax law subjects, one of the best teaching facilities in tax law in the UK.
There are a lot of memories related to my time at CCLS, such as the business taxation class by Prof. David Southern which was a treat to attend as well as my research project and thoughtful discussions regarding taxation issues of digital economies and of developing world with Dr. Bernard Schneider.
It is a proud privilege to be part of the CCLS community and I look forward to be involved again with CCLS for further research as and when an opportunity arises.
I found CCLS a great learning institute, LLM Tax law is an excellent degree with a fine blend of practical and academic perspectives. It offers you interaction with world class teachers and a very enriching academic environment and its active and vibrant ties within legal circles and businesses are an added advantage.
It has inculcated critical thinking and quality research with an academic perspective. It helped me to develop projects to improve tax compliance in Pakistan.
