Abstract

The School of International Arbitration hosted a webinar on the theme of Independence and Impartiality in International and Investment Treaty Arbitration on 14 June 2021 from 5pm-6.30 pm BST.

The seminar speakers were Gabriel Bottini (Uría Menéndez), Gisèle Stephens-Chu (Stephens Chu Dispute Resolution) and Monty Taylor (Arnold & Porter).

The seminar was moderated by Professor Stavros Brekoulakis and Dr Anna Howard (School of International Arbitration, Queen Mary University of London).

This event, which was open to both practitioners and students, followed a roundtable format.
