In a more and more competitive legal market, this module aims to offer an important asset: specific skill sets needed to become a successful international arbitration lawyer. We are offering the opportunity audit the LLM module - International Commercial Arbitration: Skills and Advocacy.
The content is delivered in 5 three-hour sessions and covers:
