Dr Andromachi Georgosouli, Lecturer in International Commercial Law at Queen Mary, presented a paper at George Washington University (USA) on the nature of financial resilience as a public goal for financial regulation and its policy implications on 1 December 2012. The paper was given as part of the American Association of International Law (International Economic Law Interest Group) Biennial Meeting 2012 and it was among the few that were accepted after peer review.
