Thomas C Baxter Jr, General Counsel of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York spoke about the work of the New York Federal bank in building a more stable financial system.
Professor Rosa Lastra, Professor of International Financial and Monetary Law at Queen Mary University of London lead the discussion in response to these remarks. The event was held on 4 October at Queen Mary's Lincoln's Inn Fields and organised by the Bank of England and the Centre for Commercial Law Studies.
