Dr Gabriel Gari has been invited to speak at the Brown Bag Lecture series at the World Trade Institute in Bern, Switzerland on 7 May 2014. His talk will be entitled, ‘Capital controls, GATS disciplines and the need for a more coherent global economic governance structure’.
