Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas, Reader in European and International Economic Law at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary University of London, contributed to the second expert survey and discussions of the E15 expert group on trade and climate change on 15-16 October 2014, Geneva (Switzerland).
The E15 Initiative engages nine world-class institutions and over 200 experts from academia, practitioners, business and former policy makers in defining the ideas, strategies and scenarios for how the global trade system can meet the challenges and demands of the world economy and sustainable development today and in 2025.
