Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas trained lawyers from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas was invited by the Energy Charter Secretariat to train a delegation of lawyers from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The training took place at the Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels on 8 May 2014.
