Stavros Brekoulakis, Professor of International Arbitration and Commercial Law at CCLS, is to co-convene a conference entitled 'The Evolution of European Private International Law - Coherence, Common Values and Consolidation' with Dr Eva Lein of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law.
The conference will take place from 25-26 November at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law and aims to assess the existing EU Private International Law framework and reflect on ways of its future evolution.
